Career for Future - HR, L&D Heads
What are the best careers for the future? How will everything change? Is it possible to prepare for the jobs of tomorrow—today? Many of us would love to have definitive answers for these questions. But, of course, nobody can say for sure what the future holds. The best we can do is make educated guesses based on past and current trends. Still, even educated guesses can help us imagine some pretty astonishing possibilities.

Learning Data Science Too Many Options
The goal of data analytics is to make better business decisions, without it, it’s very difficult for product managers to be successful in their role. However, with terms like ‘big data’ and ‘data-driven decisions’ making headlines, successful engineering and PM leaders are responsible for knowing which data to gather, what information can and should be tracked, and how it should be measured. Getting into Product Management
The leadership of a product manager is cross-functional. They work with nearly everyone, including engineering, sales, marketing and support teams. Therefore, a product manager must have communication skills to listen and articulate to a wide spectrum of individuals in different disciplines. The product roadmap is a key tool for this purpose and keeps people aware of updates throughout the product life cycle.

Product management is a growing field. There is a demand for the seasoned product manager, but also entry points for those with less experience and skills working in the discipline. Depending on your level of experience, there is likely a fit somewhere in the profession, if you look for it.

Product Thinking Framework for startups: Lessons and Learning from working on 4 startups and starting 1
Often time when people start a new venture they are either from  Tech or business side of the things . its understandable because in past most of the startups were enterprise startups and that's where you see a gap in the market and unfulfilled consumer requirements.  however, this is no longer the case for consumer-facing startups like Paytm, FK, etc. That's why we need a product think framework. With which we can manage the roadmap and delivery of the product.

Data Driven Product Management Case Study - Digital Twin
Over the next several years, there will be a new kind of product manager in demand — the data product manager. Previously, it has been argued that good data scientists make good product managers, but this is incomplete. Data is at the core of product development; not only in the post-hoc analysis of usage metrics and A/B tests. The continual intake and exhaust of data is determining how products behave and what new classes of products are possible. Machine learning models automatically adapt products to users’ preferences, make recommendations about next actions, and suggest future features and products. Data product managers understand this and incorporate it into their products.

Art of Story Telling
The key to any successful business or organization is good management. Many organizations and businesses use technology to manage specific tasks on a daily basis. I can define Management as an act of planning, directing, and evaluating any activity. Management involves authority (the right to direct actions) and responsibility (accountability for actions).

PM Startups V/s MNC Case Study
Although a career in a big company has plenty of benefits such as job security and financial stability, working in a corporate world can result in a monotonous 10 to 6 job with little scope of growth. This is why many people, especially who are early in their career phase are choosing a startup career over a corporate job. Although it can be a tough ride, employees can possibly reap the benefits of the company’s success in the form of ESOPs, while learning a lot in a fast-paced environment.
